Circulation
The library has over 6,400 books, 95 active subscriptions to professional journals, over 650 test kits, and 1000+ videos. Books can be checked out for one month; journals and videos may be used on-site (faculty may check out videos and DVDs). Tests can only be checked out for authorized use. Reserve
The library strives to have one copy of each required course textbook on reserve for use in the library. Interlibrary Loan (ILL)
As part of Argosy University, the library offers interlibrary loan among the other 12 Argosy University campuses. Over 670 individual titles can be found at Argosy University Union List of Journals. An order form is available at this site. Journal listings and forms are also available in the library, in the computer lab, and in the wall rack outside the library. If Argosy Universities don't have the item, we search nationwide at other academic libraries. Use this form to request an ILL. Submit paper form at the Library or email it to ausfill@argosy.edu. There is a one dollar charge per request, payable at the end of each term. For assistance, please call Kelly Sundin at (510) 217-4799 or email ausfill@argosy.edu. Computers
There are computers (in the computer lab and library) with Microsoft Office, SPSS, the Placement & CAPIC databases (for practica and internships), the library catalog, and Internet and printer access for students. There is also test scoring software for the Rorschach, DAS, D-KEFS, WISC-IV-INT, and CVLT-II. Information Literacy Tutorial Reference
