Barbara Cole, Ph.D.

Acting Program Chair

Dr. Cole has taught graduate and undergraduate courses for universities in the United States, China, Pakistan and Ecuador, following a career in education and business. In addition to managing and marketing statewide assessment programs nationally as well as founding the Evaluation Center for a major testing company, Dr. Cole has been President of the National Credential Clearinghouse which specialized in providing credential licensing and assessment information to organizations and individuals. Her consulting work has included Human Resource Management in start-up companies, providing workshops on Leadership, Team Building, Sales Training, Change Agent Development, and New Business Development.
