MAEd Capstone ProjectThe Capstone Project, course E6925, is the last class and the culmination of your MAEd program. It lasts an entire session (15 weeks). For non-credential candidates, the project/E6925 must be started in Fall 1, Spring 1, or Summer 1. All other classes must normally be completed before starting your project. If you have special scheduling issues, please contact your faculty advisor before enrolling in the Capstone course. For credential candidates, new Capstone courses (E6926 and E6927) are being designed for Fall 1 2009 and will be taken concurrently with your Field Experience 1 & 2 (E6907 & E6908). The project focus of the Capstone project for credential candidates is on the four TPA topics (see 'MAEd with credential' page in the left menu for more information on TPA). NOTE: Your student portal will not be updated with this change until Spring 2010. You will need to enroll manually using an Add/Drop form available from Student Services. The result of your Capstone Project is a signifcant paper described in the following reference:
NOTE: Procedures change over time and these reflect what was current information when the site was last updated. If you have any questions, please contact your faculty advisor.
